Ferozsons Laboratories Limited was incorporated in 1956, as one of the first national companies in the pharmaceutical sector. In 1960, it became the first Pakistani pharmaceutical company to be listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange.
We have a rich history of manufacturing world class pharmaceuticals under contract for such world class companies as Boots Pharmaceuticals PLC, Lakeside Laboratories Inc. USA (which later became a division of HMR/Aventis), Chemie Grunenthal GmbH of Germany, and Procter & Gamble. We currently have licensing agreements with Curatis Pharma GmbH, Germany and the Bag Group of Argentina.
In December 2004, Ferozsons Laboratories Limited and the Bag Group entered into an agreement to jointly set up Pakistans first Biotech Pharmaceuticals manufacturing facility, which is Inshallah expected to come into production in 2007.
