Enshaanlc Developments (Pvt) Ltd is a joint venture Company between Enshaa Psc and NLC Pakistan that deals in the developments of state of the art real state / properties.

ENSHAANLC is a Private Limited Company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan on May 11, 2006 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The registered office of the Company is situated at Mezzanine Floor, Shopping Arcade, Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Karachi.

The Company is a joint venture of ENSHAA Holdings Limited, Mauritius (EHL) and NLC Developers (Pvt) Limited (NDPL). The shareholding of EHL is 51% and of NDPL is 49%.

Among others, EHL is owned by Emirates Investment Group (EIG), Sharjah, Majid Al Futtaim (MAF), Dubai and Abraaj Capital, Dubai.

EIG has investments in major real estate projects throughout the Middle East and South Asia. Its current real estate investments include Emirates International Holdings, Palazzo Versace Gold Coast, Palazzo Versace Dubai, Emirates Financial Towers Ltd, White Bay etc
