Chiniot Islamia Public School was established in 1986 under the patronage of Chiniot Anjuman Islamia , an organization dedicated to service of humanity especially the middle class in the field of education and health. The foundation stone of the building was laid in 1986 by Maj Gen Afzal Khan, the then Deputy Martial law administrator of Karachi zone. The school has now a purpose built building over an area of 2 × Acres of land on the main university Road . The institution is purely a service venture and is run on "Not for profit” Basis with the sole aim of imparting quality Education at an affordable cost. Ist batch of Matric consisting of 17 students appearing in 1991 100% result. Since then the school has stood to its reputation and produced excellent results consistently. The results of 2007 batch of class X was the best in the history of school. In a batch of 103 who appeared in the exam, 96 got A1 grade and 7 were placed in A grade. Our student Hassan Khan got Ist position in Matric Board exam amongst boys. From any standard this was an excellent result. Matric results of the last 21 years (1991-2011) bear testing to the high standard of our school.
