- Responding promptly to patients' & care coordinators' inquiries.
- Communicating with patients & care coordinators through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving patients' & care coordinators' complaints.
- Knowing our practice inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of patients' & care coordinators' interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patient's & care coordinators' service process.
- Ensure patient & care coordinators' satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
