  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients & care coordinators at all times.
  • Responding promptly to patients' & care coordinators' inquiries.
  • Communicating with patients & care coordinators through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving patients' & care coordinators' complaints.
  • Knowing our practice inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of patients' & care coordinators' interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the patient's & care coordinators' service process.
  • Ensure patient & care coordinators' satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
