We're seeking a highly motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at a local restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and finance, as well as a can-do attitude to take on any task necessary to ensure the success of our establishment. This is an exciting position to scale one of Islamabad's local well established brands. A background as an account manager or operations at a tech startup will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain financial records and create budgets to ensure profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO or relevant high-level management role in a local restaurant chain
- Proficient in Google suites/Zoom and Excel.
- Strong understanding of marketing and finance principles
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
