Chief Operating Officer

We're seeking a highly motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team at a local restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and finance, as well as a can-do attitude to take on any task necessary to ensure the success of our establishment. This is an exciting position to scale one of Islamabad's local well established brands. A background as an account manager or operations at a tech startup will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer experience
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
Maintain financial records and create budgets to ensure profitability
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a COO or relevant high-level management role in a local restaurant chain
Proficient in Google suites/Zoom and Excel.
Strong understanding of marketing and finance principles
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency
