Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and features.
Provide personalized service to help customers find what they need.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Sales:

Promote and sell products to customers.
Achieve sales targets set by the management.
Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.

Inventory Management:

Ensure products are well-stocked at the counter and on display shelves.
Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
Conduct regular inventory counts to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

Store Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter and store area.
Participate in setting up product displays and promotional materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Cash Handling:

Handle cash, credit, and other transactions securely and accurately.
Reconcile cash registers at the end of the shift.
Ensure all financial transactions are documented properly.

Reporting:

Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, buying trends, and store performance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or retail management are a plus.
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
