Collaborate with the marketing team to develop BTL strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
Plan and conceptualize BTL campaigns, including events, activations, workshops, and on-ground activities.
Ensure that campaigns resonate with the target audience and effectively convey the brand message.
Coordinate the execution of BTL activities, ensuring seamless logistics, timely setup, and coordination of resources.
Oversee on-ground activities, including vendor management, stall setup, and engagement with participants.
Identify potential partnerships with relevant organizations, venues, and sponsors to enhance BTL campaigns.
Negotiate terms, secure partnerships, and manage collaborations effectively.
Collect data and feedback from BTL activities to evaluate the success and impact of campaigns.
Analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Manage the budget allocated for BTL activities, ensuring effective allocation and cost control.
Provide regular budget reports to the marketing head.

Requirement:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in BTL marketing, event management, or activations is an advantage.
A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging BTL campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex on-ground activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign concepts and ideas effectively.
