We are looking for a Linux Administrator who shall be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities And Duties:
- Experience working with various Linux distributions such as Debian, Red Hat, CentOS, and SUSE
- Administration of Zimbra mail servers, DHCP, BIND, LDAP, NTP, and Linux terminal servers
- Thorough understanding of NFS, Samba file share, iSCSI, and LVM partitioning
- Analyze system logs, identify potential issues, and perform routine maintenance
- Document, install, configure, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, software & services
- Maintain system lifecycle, service resiliency, and system security
- Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills & IT Infrastructure knowledge
- Automate administration tasks through bash scripts or Ansible and implement desired system state
- Support and troubleshoot the existing Linux environment and ensure compliance with globally recognized security standards & system hardening
- Manage webservers, reverse proxies, SSL certificates, and print servers
- Familiarity with Virtualization Technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V and SAN storage management
Work Experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant system administration experience
- Technical certification RHCSA, LFCS, or LPIC-2 preferred.
Education: Minimum Bachelors in relevant field. Masters preferred.
