Duties/Responsibilities:

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a System Administrator / Engineer or similar role
Experience with Datacenter, Servers, RAID management, databases (SQL server), networks (LAN, WAN), Windows and Linux administration, and patch management, OS upgrades, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring maximum system availability
Hands-on experience on Dell, H3C servers and storages
Virtualization (VMware, H3C HCI, Sangfor, Openstack, Proxmox) hands-on and practical experience in production environments for at least 1 year
Mid–level Experience with Active Directory, DNS, NTP
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VCP-DCV) is a plus

Skills and Technical Competency

Manage servers, storage and technology tools
Install and configure software and hardware
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance and issues
Ensuring security and compliance of IT infrastructure
Documenting and reporting on system configuration and maintenance
Operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux)
Virtualization Infrastructure Management
Certifications and training in System admin
Disaster recovery and backup planning
