Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of Stitching Floor, Quality and Dispatch Labour specialising in Exports of Woven Jackets, Coats, Shirts and Trousers.
Expert in production planning of small MOQ\'s.
Expert in per piece production of Civil Stitching (Blazers etc).
Have good links in the industry to hire and build a team for himself according to company\'s strategy.
Planning and monitoring
Handling discipline, Hiring and termination of Labour as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Reviews raw material requirements; requisitions supplies, machinery, and equipment; and prepares invoices for products distributed.
Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
Prepares reports of operations and related documentation to include quality and quantity of production; and maintains evaluations and records of Exports.
Must be expert in handling production high end quality.
