- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of Stitching Floor, Quality and Dispatch Labour specialising in Exports of Woven Jackets, Coats, Shirts and Trousers.
- Expert in production planning of small MOQ\'s.
- Expert in per piece production of Civil Stitching (Blazers etc).
- Have good links in the industry to hire and build a team for himself according to company\'s strategy.
- Planning and monitoring
- Handling discipline, Hiring and termination of Labour as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Reviews raw material requirements; requisitions supplies, machinery, and equipment; and prepares invoices for products distributed.
- Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
- Prepares reports of operations and related documentation to include quality and quantity of production; and maintains evaluations and records of Exports.
- Must be expert in handling production high end quality.
