Data Management / Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Education and Qualifications:

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Certification or training in warehouse management systems (WMS) will be an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proven experience in data management, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Familiarity with inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock management.

Skills:

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Experience with warehouse management software and systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data.
Utilize Excel and other data management tools to create reports and analyze trends for process improvement.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between different departments.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems.
