Education and Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Certification or training in warehouse management systems (WMS) will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proven experience in data management, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory control, order fulfillment, and stock management.
Skills:
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data validation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with warehouse management software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse-related data.
- Utilize Excel and other data management tools to create reports and analyze trends for process improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between different departments.
- Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of warehouse management systems.
