As an Oracle Technical Development Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the Oracle ecosystem to meet our clients' unique business requirements. Your expertise in Oracle development tools and technologies will be essential in driving successful project outcomes and delivering value-added solutions tailored to our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle applications, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, APEX, and BI Publisher.
Customize and enhance existing Oracle applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
Develop data migration scripts and ETL processes to facilitate the transition of data between systems.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle
. Document technical designs, specifications, and implementation details for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and new features within the Oracle ecosystem to continuously enhance technical expertise and service offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle technical development, with proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and at least one Oracle development tool (e.g., Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, APEX).
Strong understanding of Oracle application architecture, data models, and development methodologies
. Experience working with clients in diverse industries, such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions
. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Oracle certifications in relevant development tools or technologies are a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
