System Engineer (L2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support to end users via various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).
Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and installation.
Log and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and reliable network operations.
Create and maintain documentation, including action plans, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
Contribute to the improvement of support processes and workflows.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or onsite, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and perform root cause analysis.
Ensure timely resolution of support requests and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory, configurations, and software licenses.
Replace faulty parts server (HP, DELL or Fujitsu etc) hardware components in a timely manner.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and common software applications.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are desirable.
