Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users via various channels (in-person, phone, email, etc.).
- Resolve hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, configuration, and installation.
- Log and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of network devices, such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and reliable network operations.
- Create and maintain documentation, including action plans, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to the improvement of support processes and workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or onsite, ensuring minimal disruption to productivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory, configurations, and software licenses.
- Replace faulty parts server (HP, DELL or Fujitsu etc) hardware components in a timely manner.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and common software applications.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are desirable.
