Responsibilities:
- The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on construction and maintenance sites.
- This position requires working on-site at various locations.
- This role involves coordinating with various teams of labours, carpenters, painters and material vendors.
- Ensuring Work with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients.
- The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure that all regulations and laws regarding the operation of a gas station are followed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation
- Experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction or maintenance industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- May involve working in varying weather conditions and occasional overtime.
Salary is expected to increase after 2 months upto 50K.
