Graphic Designer

ZRK Group is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in graphic design, specifically with an emphasis on working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. With at least 8 years of professional experience, this individual will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that align with our marketing objectives and brand identity. This role requires a strong understanding of color theory, print design, and graphic design principles. The Graphic Designer will work closely with various departments to ensure that all visual content effectively communicates the intended message. As this position does not involve managing a team, the focus will be on individual contributions and collaboration within a creative environment.
Responsibilities

Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet the needs of various projects and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that reflect the ZRK Group's brand identity.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign proficiently to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print media.
Ensure that all graphics adhere to established design principles and maintain consistency in style and branding across different platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends and apply innovative techniques to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design projects.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
Prepare files and artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy in specifications and adherence to schedules.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and project requirements.
Conduct research on design trends, tools, and technological advancements to continually enhance personal skills and the overall quality of work.
