Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients and businesses on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., to generate leads and secure new projects.
  • Create compelling and tailored proposals and pitches to showcase our services and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the project management and creative teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, project pipeline, and progress against targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and develop strategies to penetrate those markets.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to promote our agency and expand our network.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the digital agency or freelancing platform industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of freelancing platforms and their dynamics, with a strong ability to generate business and secure projects from these platforms.
  • Strong understanding of website development, mobile app development, and graphic and 3D animation projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
