Customer Support Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing TV, Internet, and home phone services to clients in the USA. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
