Supply Chain Associate

Zoyava is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain Associate to join our operations team. This role requires a professional with hands-on expertise in inventory management, supplier coordination, and order processing, particularly with Amazon FBA shipments. The successful candidate will handle the creation and coordination of shipments, manage procurement processes, and maintain close communication with suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Experience with warehouse operations and 3PL order management is essential. The individual in this role will operate with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic logistics environment. The Supply Chain Associate at Zoyava will be responsible for accurately managing inventory levels, supporting procurement activities, and executing order fulfillment efficiently. This position demands proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and the ability to create shipments and labels in accordance with FBA standards. Effective communication skills are necessary for liaising with suppliers and internal teams, alongside maintaining organized documentation using cloud storage solutions. This role does not involve team management but requires excellent multitasking and organizational capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities

Create and coordinate shipments and labels following Amazon FBA guidelines and requirements using Amazon Seller Central.
Manage warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) order submission, reconciliation, and ensure accurate documentation and tracking.
Communicate directly with suppliers to negotiate terms, place purchase orders, and build strong supplier relationships.
Monitor and track inventory levels using inventory management software and forecasting tools to maintain optimal stock availability.
Support procurement activities by managing purchase orders and supplier documentation effectively.
Utilize cloud storage services such as Google Drive for efficient document management and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with all relevant FBA shipment procedures and logistics protocols.
Coordinate with internal departments to align supply chain activities with business needs and timelines.
Handle multiple supply chain tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
Identify and resolve issues related to stock discrepancies, shipment delays, and supplier performance.
