Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist will assist our Cloud and Software programs in successfully driving renewal sales.  This role requires a highly motivated individual who desires to develop software licensing expertise and experience. This position will work closely across teams in all selling efforts.

What you’ll do as the Operations Specialist - Renewals:

Employees employed in the role of Operations Specialist - Renewals shall be required to apply their independent minds and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Manage renewal data on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Create Proactive Renewal Quotes as needed.
• Develop Proficiency in the Creation of Focused Publisher Contracts.
• Provide accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to AMs with appropriate order items.
• Team with the Product & Partner Marketing (PPM) group to execute key strategies around Tier 1 manufacturer promotions; drive the renewal business which supports key company growth areas.
• Proactively research industry trends and publisher updates.
• Ensure that all processes are documented and remain up to date with continual process improvements.

• 4 yr. degree required

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization skills and process expertise
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
