Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our order fulfillment processes, supplier and retailer relationships, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, scaling business processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Oversee and streamline the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.

Supplier & Retailer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers, negotiate terms, and manage inventory.

Team Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to assign and track tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Business Scaling: Develop and implement strategies to scale operations and improve efficiency.

Product Testing: Oversee product testing and quality control to ensure product excellence.

Financial Management: Manage bills, accounts, purchase orders, vendor payments, and petty cash.

Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.

Client & Email Management: Address client inquiries, manage company emails, and ensure prompt and professional communication.

Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison between the owner and employees, facilitating effective communication and operational support.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial management and stock control.
Experience in supplier and vendor negotiations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
