Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines
  • Record details of interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a night shift
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
