Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals across HR, Marketing, Education, and Advertisement functions.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and educational initiatives that align with the companys objectives and brand vision.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team to ensure seamless execution of projects.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory requirements in all activities.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees skills and promote continuous learning.
