You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and launching new products on the Amazon platform. You will play a critical role in driving product discovery and sales growth by leveraging your expertise in market trends, consumer behavior, and Amazon's algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze product data, including sales performance, customer reviews, and keyword rankings, to identify opportunities for new product launches or optimization of existing listings.

Product Selection and Evaluation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential products for launch on Amazon, considering factors such as profitability, demand, and competition.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product selection, pricing strategies, and positioning within the marketplace.

Listing Creation and Optimization:

  • Develop compelling product listings that effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of each product.
  • Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion rate optimization, leveraging keyword research and best practices for Amazon SEO.

Launch Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute launch plans for new products, including promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate on strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and advertising ROI to measure the success of product launches and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) is a plus.
