Zeunex LLC specializes in GSA procurement and contract fulfillment for government and private sector clients. We’re expanding and need an HR Manager in Islamabad to help build a skilled team specializing in procurement, federal contracting, and GSA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead recruitment for roles such as Bid Managers, Pricing Analysts, and Compliance Officers, crucial to our federal contracting and GSA work.
Develop and implement onboarding and training for talent in procurement, product/pricing research, and contract management.
Establish HR policies and ensure compliance with federal standards and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR, especially in hiring for procurement, federal contracting, or market/product research roles.
5+ years in HR, including experience with specialized recruitment.
Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM certification is a plus.
