Tasks and Responsibilities for Supplier Researcher:
1. Identify and Secure Brand Invoices:
Secure a minimum of 3 new brand invoices and make 3 purchases before placing a big order to ensure the supplier's liability.
2. Authorized Suppliers:
Ensure all suppliers are sourced from authorized and legitimate sources.
3. Target Pricing and Quantity:
Purchase products at the designated target prices, maintaining the quantities provided by the product research team.
4. Onboard Backup Suppliers:
Successfully onboard 2 new suppliers from previously worked-on brands to serve as backup suppliers.
5. Accountability for Supplier Integrity:
Assume full responsibility for verifying the legitimacy of suppliers to avoid any scams; consequences will fall on you if a fraud is discovered.
6. Monthly Target Achievement:
From the 7 assigned brands, successfully onboard and buy from 3 brands within a month.
7. Integrated Supplier and Procurement Role:
- The same individual responsible for finding the supplier will also handle procurement to ensure accountability.
- You will be given tasks to purchase from previous onboarded suppliers for different storefronts in the dedicated time
Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor's in BBA or similar fields
- 2+ years of experience working in Amazon Wholesale
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Accountability and ability to take new initiatives to get things done
