Deputy Manager Operations

Zenith Crown Suites is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager Operations to oversee and enhance hotel operations. The role demands a professional with at least five years of experience in hotel operations, preferably within 4-star or 5-star establishments, ideally aligned with international hotel chains. The Deputy Manager Operations will be responsible for managing a diverse team of 18 staff members, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving efficiency and excellence throughout all departments. This leadership position requires a strong background in operations management, process improvement, project management, and vendor relations. The ideal candidate must have excellent budgeting and cost control skills alongside expertise in resource planning and data analysis. A bachelor's degree is required, with a hospitality or hotel management degree considered an added advantage. Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 18 staff members to deliver high-quality hotel operations and services.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective operational policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of business goals and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-departmental activities to optimize resource allocation, streamline workflow, and improve operational efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, supplier selection, and performance monitoring to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising service standards.
Conduct regular data analysis to identify operational trends, areas for improvement, and to support strategic decision-making.
Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance guest experience, minimize inefficiencies, and reduce operational risks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across all operational activities.
Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Handle complex or escalated guest issues professionally and promptly to uphold Zenith Crown Suites reputation.
Support new project implementation and hotel expansion initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international hotel industry standards and best practices to align operations accordingly.
