Assistant Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an Assistant Operations to support our operations team and assist in delivering outstanding travel experiences to our clients.

The Assistant Operations will initially focus on supporting the operations team with daily activities, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination of tours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager with planning and coordinating tours.
Help manage logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and customer requirements.
Provide administrative support to the operations team.
Maintain records and assist in documentation related to tours and clients.
Liaise with vendors, hotels, and other service providers as required.
Contribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably in business administration, hospitality, tourism, or a related field).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu.
