Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outbound Caller to join our team, focusing on promoting our engineering consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in various industries, introducing them to our specialized systems engineering and software development services, and generating qualified leads. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving growth in key areas such as blockchain, network security, and software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, focusing on businesses in need of systems engineering and software development services.
- Service Introduction: Clearly communicate the value of our services, including blockchain solutions, network security, mobile and web application development, and more.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing client needs and matching them with our services, such as requirements specification, system architecture design, development, testing, and support.
- Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections by emphasizing the benefits of our technical product evaluation, vendor qualification, and other specialized services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product evaluations, or follow-up calls.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system, including call notes, prospect details, and next steps.
- Market Feedback: Provide insights from conversations with potential clients to help refine our service offerings and sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align cold calling efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound calls, telemarketing, preferably in the engineering or technology sectors.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of engineering consultancy services and technology trends, particularly in blockchain, network security, and software development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with data management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cold calling for engineering or technology consulting services.
- Technical understanding of systems engineering processes, software development lifecycles, and related technologies.
