As a skilled Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in securing new projects and opportunities for our organization on the Upwork platform. In addition to your bidding responsibilities, you will also take charge of managing the projects you win, ensuring their seamless execution, timely completion, and utmost client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Project Acquisition:

  1. Proactively scour Upwork for relevant project opportunities and strategize compelling bids to secure projects successfully.
  2. Craft persuasive proposals showcasing Zecsn Technologies strengths, capabilities, and competitive edge in the market.
  3. Tailor each bid to align with client requirements and demonstrate how our services precisely meet their specific needs.
  4. Engage in effective and professional communication with clients to clarify project details and negotiate terms.

Project Management:

  1. Lead the successful implementation of projects won through Upwork, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our talented team.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure strict adherence to them.
  3. Efficiently allocate resources and coordinate with team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Proactively identify and address project-related risks and issues, employing strategic solutions to mitigate potential challenges.
  5. Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.

Relationship Building:

  1. Foster robust relationships with clients, earning their trust and satisfaction with the quality of our services.
  2. Capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Zecsn Technologies services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record as a successful Upwork Bidder, securing projects across diverse industries and domains.
  2. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate Zecsn Technololgies's value proposition effectively.
  3. Demonstrated project management expertise, with a history of delivering projects promptly and within budget.
  4. In-depth understanding of various technologies and industries, facilitating the identification of relevant project opportunities.
  5. Ability to thrive independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously with poise.
  6. Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on cultivating enduring client relationships.
  7. Proficiency in English (additional language skills are advantageous).
  8. Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms is highly desirable.
