Sales Development Representative

Zcorebit is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role is focused on outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings for our US-based clients and services. The SDR owns the entire process from the initial outreach to booking meetings, supporting the sales funnel by creating opportunities for our founder and sales team to close. The role demands discipline, consistent volume in outreach activities, and a passion for the chase without the pressure of carrying a closing quota. Candidates must be comfortable working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls and email campaigns targeting US-based prospects to generate qualified leads and meetings.
Create, develop, and optimize cold email sequences, outreach scripts, and messaging strategies based on campaign data and prospect responses.
Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, social media, and other community platforms to expand prospect engagement.
Identify prospects' needs, purchase budgets, decision-making authority, and timelines to qualify leads effectively.
Schedule and secure qualified meetings for the sales team and founder to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including daily activity reporting.
Analyze the performance of outreach campaigns continuously and adjust strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Manage the sales development process end-to-end, from first prospect touch through meeting booking, and then cycle back to funnel top.
Demonstrate strong discipline in daily outbound activity metrics such as call volume, emails sent, and social outreach efforts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and optimize lead generation workflows.
