- Receive, check, and record all incoming materials as per delivery challans.
- Issue materials to site staff according to approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper stock registers and daily inventory records.
- Ensure safe storage, labeling, and segregation of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages in advance.
- Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of store items.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with records.
- Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company store and safety procedures.
