We are looking for a qualified QA/QC Engineer to ensure all engineering works and materials comply with project specifications, international codes (ISO/ASTM/ASME), and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) standards. You will be responsible for minimizing defects and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Conduct daily site inspections and material testing to ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for site inspections and approvals.
- Maintain quality documentation, including RFI (Request for Inspection), checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Monitor supplier/vendor performance and conduct incoming material inspections.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and ISO 9001 guidelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly quality control reports for management.
