Job Description:

We are Expanding and are looking forward to an energetic team member who can join us and run at Company's pace.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Candidate should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. And should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Managing HR & Admin related task

Qualifications

  • Must have, Degree in Marketing/ Management with at least 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
