- Supervise and monitor the building/ infrastructure construction sites.
- Ensure quality assurance of on-going Civil/Finishes work on construction sites in accordance with their respective approved designs and specifications.
- Interpret drawings related to Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Exterior elevations, and their execution.
- Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as Contractors.
- Set and supervise weekly targets.
- Develop and share site inspection report regularly.
- Ensure testing as per the project requirements.
- HSE compliance and educate site workers on construction safety regulations and incident protocol, inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Determine the clashes between all drawings and call for decisions.
- Maintain Tracking Sheets and make daily/weekly/monthly progress report.
- Maintain photos of the project sites at every stage of the project on regular basis.
- Ensure housekeeping on site.
