The Account Manager will operate as the lead on assigned accounts. The primary focus of this role is to manage relationships with clients by fostering positive working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer account management, which includes providing updates and meeting regularly with clients.
- Manage the client’s TikTok Shop seller central account.
- Address client issues, respond to questions, and attend meetings as necessary.
- Handle the healthy operation of the client's TikTok Shop, including:
- Managing account suspensions and handling violation points.
- Approving affiliate sample requests.
- Reaching out to affiliates.
- Setting up and managing ads manager, among other responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Past experience working in eCommerce.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Previous experience in TikTok Shop strongly preferred.
- A fast, stable internet connection capable of handling live meetings with video and screen sharing.
