The position involves regular visits to retail outlets for order collection and supply distribution, demanding excellent communication and negotiation skills alongside a consistent ability to meet sales targets. In this role, the Distribution Salesman will focus on maintaining exemplary customer service by following up on payments and orders, developing new business opportunities, and generating detailed daily sales and visit reports. Responsibilities

Visit retail shops across various areas of Karachi daily to take orders and deliver products efficiently.
Develop and expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new shops and clients within the territory.
Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and coordinate order tracking and fulfillment.
Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and visit reports to management, detailing activities and outcomes.
Achieve or exceed designated sales targets by employing strategic sales and negotiation techniques.
Use in-depth knowledge of Zaini Beauty's product range to provide customers with clear and informative guidance.
Travel extensively within Karachi to cover the assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent market presence.
Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and punctuality in managing daily tasks and interacting with customers.
Stay informed about the local market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
