We are seeking to hire a qualified Remote Sales Associate. We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a remote capacity and contribute to our team in the following ways:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret civil CAD drawings.
Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
High attention to detail with a quick learning ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ChatGPT.
Experience in the Automatic Doors Industry is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the systems and processes we currently use.
Summarize inquiries received and share them with the relevant team members.
Create quotes based on received pricing and send them out.
Follow up on quotes that have been sent.
Email and call follow-up on pending payments.
Plan weekly job schedules effectively.
Fill out and create technical reports for site inspections, work completion, etc.
Create and maintain customer profiles.
