Computer Operator, Recovery Officer

Zahamit Track is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Computer Operator, Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing efficient data entry tasks and managing recovery operations for our organization. This role requires at least two years of professional experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to supervise a team of four persons. The candidate will ensure smooth digital operations, maintain data integrity, and effectively coordinate recovery processes to maximize company resource optimization. As a leader within the team, the Computer Operator, Recovery Officer will oversee daily activities, assign tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate communication to maintain high performance levels. Responsibilities

Operate computer systems efficiently to perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Monitor and manage recovery processes to retrieve and reconcile information or assets as necessary.
Supervise and lead a team of four personnel, assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments to coordinate recovery activities.
Verify accuracy of entered data and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in records.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for data entry and recovery to improve workflow and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to data handling and recovery operations.
Resolve technical issues related to computer systems and software used in daily operations.
Prepare reports on recovery operations, team performance, and data processing activities for management review.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Train new team members on data entry techniques, recovery protocols, and effective communication standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support broader organizational goals and solve operational challenges.
