Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AMWe are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trucking Sales Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in trucking sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Trucking Sales Agent or similar role in the logistics industry.
Strong sales skills with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must be willing to work evening hours (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
