Upwork Bidder & Project Manager

YY Media is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder & Project Manager with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing the entire lifecycle of client projects sourced through the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring projects are scheduled and managed effectively. This role emphasizes proactive client handling and requires a detail-oriented approach to coordinating project deliverables. The successful candidate will lead a small team of three professionals, directing workflow and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership skills and effective team management are critical to this position. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal staff, fostering productive communication and smooth project operations at our Karachi location.
Responsibilities

Identify and submit competitive proposals on Upwork that align with company goals and client needs.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective and current clients through the Upwork platform and other communication channels.
Manage all phases of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
Develop project schedules, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of three colleagues, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to optimize productivity.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure resource availability and project feasibility.
Track project budgets and timelines, reporting regularly to company leadership on project status and outcomes.
Implement risk management practices to anticipate and mitigate potential project challenges.
Continuously improve bidding strategies and project management processes based on experience and feedback.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date in accordance with company policies.
Promote a proactive work environment that encourages initiative and accountability.
