MTO

The Manufacturing Technical Officer is responsible for analyzing current manufacturing operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes through optimization techniques and automation integration. This role involves data-driven assessment, collaboration with engineers and production staff, and ensuring adherence to lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline workflows. The MTO supports the continuous improvement culture at Yunus Textile by monitoring performance metrics and recommending actionable solutions aimed at increasing throughput and reducing production costs.
Responsibilities

Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow.
Work with industrial automation systems to increase production accuracy and speed.
Support production teams by troubleshooting process challenges and recommending practical solutions.
Collect and analyze production data to monitor progress and identify trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth integration of process improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing procedures and process changes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative ideas and solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing operations.
Assist in training production staff on new processes and technologies as needed.
