As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality websites and web applications that provide engaging user experiences and meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to develop high-quality websites and web applications that meet client needs and specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web programming languages.
- Develop and implement responsive designs to ensure optimal performance across various devices and platforms.
- Integrate web applications with APIs, databases, and other back-end systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues, including performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our web solutions.
- Conduct website testing and quality assurance, ensuring all functionality and design elements meet client requirements.
- Assist with website maintenance and updates as needed.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and team members, as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve development processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification/certification in web development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and technologies.
- Proficient in front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages and frameworks, such as PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience working with version control systems, such as Git.
- Understanding of web accessibility and SEO best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
