We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to handle inquiries, process orders, and assist with resolving product or service issues.
Responsibilities:
1-Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
2-Process orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
3-Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
4-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with empathy and urgency, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
5-Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
6-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.
Requirements:
1-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
2-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen to customers.
3-Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
4-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
