Yango MS Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer with a strong background in financial management and accounting principles. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of three years of experience in accounts management and has preferably worked with a chartered accountant firm. This role requires proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Excel, and QuickBooks, along with thorough knowledge of tax regulations, compliance standards, and audit coordination. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Good communication and administrative skills, along with own conveyance, are essential to perform this role efficiently. The Accounts Officer operates independently without team management responsibilities but collaborates closely with the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reports. They provide essential financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and ensure smooth tax filing, audit procedures, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and handle all aspects of taxation including tax filing, tax audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilize accounting software tools, including Tally, Excel, and QuickBooks, to record financial transactions and generate reports.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance team to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting to assist management in strategic planning and budgeting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory changes affecting the company.
