Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000+ per month (Based on experience, skills, and performance.)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday: Half Day)

Working Hours: • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PKT (1-hour lunch break) • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PKT

Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Operations Lead to support the day-to-day customer operations of the company. This is a remote role where you will work closely with management to ensure smooth communication with customers, efficient order processing, and timely coordination between departments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer communication across Email and Phone Calls.

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries within company response time standards.

• Assist in preparing quotations and processing customer orders.

• Generate payment links and coordinate payment confirmations.

• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Management to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor order progress and provide timely customer updates.

• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and repeat business.

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain customer/order records.

• Prepare weekly reports and update SOPs, FAQs, templates, and documentation.
